CONCERT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We need your help! Let us know if you can volunteer before or after each of the concerts, or both. This includes setting up chairs and putting everything away and cleaning up afterwards. Thanks in advance!! 

WHAT TO BRING TO CONCERTS

  • Instrument and all necessary parts (shoulder rests, cello end-pin straps, etc...)

  • Music 

  • MUSIC STAND

CONCERT DRESS
Prep, Sinfonia and Camerata: Black and white - this can be black pants or skirt and a white shirt, or dresses that are a mix of black and white, or other combinations

Philharmonia: All black, or black and white 

-Please be sure that jackets/shirts allow for plenty of motion for playing instruments, especially string players
-Please make sure that skirts & dresses are long enough for sitting and playing comfortably (especially cellists) 
-Please avoid specifically athletic-type clothing, the goal is a slightly dressy, professional look

Please bring the following materials to rehearsals:

Music Stand (Carbondale and Glenwood Springs only)
Instrument
Music
Music binder from Prep and Sinfonia, folder for Orchestra  
Pencil 
Cello and bass players - endpin strap 
Violinists and violists - shoulder rest 
Students should arrive at least 5 minutes early to all rehearsals to have time unpack and be ready to tune at the start of rehearsal.
